from abroad which want to open a new branch in Bavaria, we offer the “Ois Easy” start-up package (Bavarian for a carefree business landing) together with our partner BayStartUP.

The General Consulate of France Munich has a dual mission.

Firstly, the Consulate General represents the French authorities in Bavaria. Its action aims in particular to strengthen the political,
economic and cultural links between France and Bavaria.Secondly, it administers the French community living in Bavaria and
Baden-Wuerttemberg. This includes for instance delivering passports, organizing elections and advising French expatriates.

BayFrance (Franco-Bavarian University cooperation center) is the contact and the service center for the university and research cooperation
between France and Bavaria (Germany). Its missions are giving advice to students, scientists and universities;  Student Mobility grants and
funding of small projects; Scientific Event Management. The center is financially supported by the Bavarian Ministry of State for Education, Culture, Science and Art (StMBW); and the French Ministery of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE).
